The quality of Albanian cuisine always surprises our clients – the food here is definitely the best in the Balkans and quite different from the meat-meat-meat attitude of chefs in the former Yugoslavia. Company owner Ed Reeves used to work on London food magazine Square Meal, and has been lucky enough to eat at some of the world’s best restaurants, so has a grip on what constitutes a good meal.
